Creating a mural is a deeply rewarding process, blending artistic vision with large-scale impact. For me, each mural I've done has been a reflection of both my personal style and the environment it's placed in, whether it's a tribute or a vibrant piece meant to inspire the community. The process of getting a mural begins with a clear concept, which might involve sketching designs and selecting colors that will translate well on a larger canvas. Once the design is finalized, the next step is prepping the wall—this may include cleaning, priming, and ensuring the surface is ready for paint. Depending on the size, scaffolding or ladders may be needed. The actual painting can be time-consuming, requiring attention to details and techniques that allow for both precision and scale. Murals are often a collaboration, whether with a community, a commissioner, or a team, and each one brings its own challenges and sense of accomplishment once completed.
